Stick with it

I understand that everyone's situation is different. Life choices, situations, families. The real key to this diet is that you don't need to spend a lot of money. You just need to stick with it. Pick something that you find works for you, and have the mental will power to follow through. To start out with, it will seem odd - I guarantee it. But if you persist and it can become a habit for you, losing weight will, one day, seem easy.

Footnote 1 - side benefits

It's worth pointing out a couple of side benefits that my PS3 diet had for me. I've not had to pop an antacid tablet since May 2009. My wife tells me I've stopped snoring. My sleep apnea and night sweats have gone. My achilles tendonitis has cleared up. A long-standing problem with my knees has gone. We're spending less on grocery shopping now, which means saving money. And as an ultra benefit, I've reduced my risk of being a victim of Type 2 diabetes now.

The cost of a new, much smaller wardrobe was a pleasant problem to have to deal with.
